During the summer months (July and August), we accept minimum stays of 30 days. For the rest of the year, contracts are either for a semester (September to January or February to June) or for a full year.

If you are a Portuguese student, your Citizen Card is sufficient. If you are an international student, you will need to provide your passport.

During the semester/annual period, each room is for single occupancy only. Exceptionally, during short summer stays, some suites may be booked for two people at an additional cost.

Everything is included. We provide weekly cleaning of common areas and bi-weekly cleaning of rooms. Bed linens, bath and face towels, and all essential kitchen utensils are provided.

Water, electricity, internet, and cleaning are all included in the monthly fee.

Yes, all apartments are equipped with a washing and drying machine.

The deposit is refunded at the end of the contract, unless your room or any common area of the residence is found to be damaged due to misuse or breach of house rules.
